Japanese Girl's Day

March 3rd is Japanese Girl's Day called hina-matsuri. Is a day to celebrate girls' happiness and healthy growth in Japan. Japanese celebrate it about 900 years!!! It's very ancient tradition which goes deep in Japan past.
This holiday is famous by set of hina dolls and props, which usually display in side the house.


Usually the set is consist of king and queen, also their maids and musicians and it is always covered by red carpet. Hina-matsuri in stand from February to 3 March. And after, it should be taken down soon after the end of the celebration, otherwise the girl might have to wait to get married for a long time.
